Popup sign up might be your best option if you need an amazing popup page. It is really easy to use and more importantly it is FREE. On top of that, they have fast responding customer services. I give 10 out of 10 for this app.

Very easy to customise and implement. Sure, there are minor inconveniences like the font as shown on template changes to default when you select all then edit, text boxes seem to be difficult to resize... - But the drag and drop interface is such a breeze to work with and the results are WYSIWYG.
