Really happy with their support! The link in the popup did not work directly and the pop-up wasn't showing on all our domains. Jack was really kind and he and the team fixed this really quick for me.

I'm posting this as someone who absolutely loves the templates, but also as someone who has a strong and discerning eye for good user experience.

If you're looking for something elegant, non-intrusive, and flexible, this is by far the best I've used.

Hope they continue to expand their insights and offer A/B testing options, but for now, this made me leave Pixy and I look forward to paying for the service after my trial is over.

Love that we are able to schedule in advance. It really helps us out specially during the holiday season with all of our promotions and future coupons. Great app and great service.

Could not recommend Pixel Pop more! The visual appeal of our website is a high priority for us, and making sure that the popups match our branding is important. When we couldn't get the default popup to do this, Emily from the Pixel Pop support team patiently helped us make change after change with CSS until it was exactly what we wanted. Not only do we now have a beautiful popup, but we were so impressed by the incredible customer support - they really went above and beyond for us. If you want to communicate key information to your customers on your website you have three real options.

Options 1 and 2 are to add banners or promotional copy to the top of your landing pages. This takes up a lot of your page. In addition, you also need designer time to put together pretty banners or you personally need to spend a lot of time putting on (and later removing) the promotional copy from each relevant page. Stuff that.

Option 3 is to use Pixelpop and have beautiful, clear and simple popups to communicate any message at any time to your customers.

It's $48, it is beautiful and its simple. You pick the type of popup you want, you pick the colour scheme you want and then you pick the content/words you want. In literally 30 seconds you can tell your customers about anything you want to, but it doesn't look trashy like a traditional "popup". It's clean and smart.

All in all I have found that Pixelpop has been an effective, time efficient and very attractive way to communicate important offers, messages and new information to my customers. Worth every penny - will be keeping it for a long time.
