I had a question/small issue, and the customer support was second to none. I spoke to a wonderful woman via email , who also is a very good writer. She helped me out with clear and concise information. For this reason, I am thinking about looking into some of the other apps they have (since I now know they will be there for me when I need them).

I really love the ability to customise the CSS, which has made it much easier to keep the styling consistent.
Can't wait until the ability to hide on mobile etc is added.

Super pretty app. Wish it had some better targeting options and am waiting quite anxiously for the MailChimp integration, but otherwise very good. Some additional templates would be great (especially templates that integrate with Shopify themes that PixelUnion already makes).
