Excellent addition to our PoS storefront, specifically useful for collating in-person Zip codes for reporting purposes. Integrating it with Flow (and they have walkthroughs on ShopField's site) makes organizing the data a breeze. Super responsive help team too. 100% would recommend!

What a great app for enhancing our POS processes! Josh's support is amazing and his desire to hear our feedback and implement a solution for us was much appreciated. There is no way to consent a customer into SMS marketing via POS even if you enter their mobile number and toggle on Accepts Marketing. With the help of a custom field and a little bit of code, this is now an automated process. Huge time saver! Can't wait to see what additional features are coming.

The API is useful.
However, it is very inconvenient to have to repeat the routine for each item: POS → API selection → Field selection → Data input and selection → Product selection → Save.
In other words, when entering multiple customization Fields for a single product & Order, it can be quite tiring.
I would like the function to save multiple items together.

I'm happy to share we have just released an update based on your feedback. Now if you have only created one field, the app will load straight into that field. No clicks necessary.
We also have several more improvements coming soon to make it easier and faster to capture extra information in POS like naming tiles and grouping fields.
This is very nice and well-coded app for retail stores to add custom fields in their stores. Moreover, these guys are very very cooperative and helpful in installing and troubleshooting the app. They helped me a lot. Thank you.
