Customer support was great - the chat was responsive and they worked with me to resolve an issue. The issue had to get escalated for some help on Shopify side of things and Carthook agent stuck with me the whole time until everything was working. I so appreciated the quick and responsive service in resolving my problem!
Nitesh was very patient and helpful in setting up my first funnel and resolving all the issues I had. He is a great instructor :-)

We use Carthook in many different ways to help with our marketing objectives. It is very useful for upsell items as well as sale items that we are trying to blow out. It is very easy to use and the analytics are great.
