NO INSTALEN ESTA APP. Me cobraron cargos incorrectos de suscripción que nunca contraté. Después de meses reclamando, dijeron que procesaron los reembolsos pero Shopify confirmó que NUNCA los recibieron. Su soporte responde pero el dinero jamás llegó. Llevo más de 2 meses esperando una solución. Evítenla a toda costa

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. They charged me incorrect subscription fees I never contracted. After months of claiming, they said they processed refunds but Shopify confirmed they NEVER received them. Their support responds but the money never arrived. I've been waiting over 2 months for a solution. Avoid it at all costs.

Really awful experience with support. The plugin straight up would not trigger at all after setting up, contacted support, they took like a week to respond with the most obvious basic "solution" which still did not work. Long enough to finish the trial period and start charging us!

Amazing app! We're using it in all our expansion stores. Super easy to use, great functionalities such as a/b test analytics and the best thing about them is their support. Whenever you need something, they're experts enough to understand the task and execute it perfectly in no time! 10/10. Best app post-purchase.

Flexible, inexpensive, and easy to use! One cool tactic that doesn't seem to be well-documented: you can create bundles using Shopify's native "Bundles" app, and then offer those as upsells via CartHook.

We've tried over almost all upsell apps, and Carthook is hands down the best we've found. The team is continuously improving the app and is highly responsive to feedback from their users. If you set up your funnels the right way, they can be a reliable revenue stream for your business. Highly recommend and I am looking forward to the features and updates they add.

I cannot speak on the Thank You Page upsells because we do not use this app feature.

Edit: Change offers to upsells

4 bugs in a row is not coincidence, first couldn't finish to install the app after, it require someone check the app and their support email me to try again a day later.
then couldn't add product upsells to the funnel cause app got stuck loading forever, it took a whole afternoon and a technician check my store,
then after the funnel was done I test it myself and it says the offer wasn't available (which is false cause the product have stuck)
then.. they email me to check again, and now I cant even access to the app cause says 505 server error.

used cart hook in 2018 and made 20% extra revenue from $3M. it was so good, its a shame its abandoned and nothing works like it use to be.

This is a new app for me but I have used other apps that do this. I jumped on a call with Sela and he was able to answer my Qs about how to best optimise my upsells, and also shared some great tips on best practice in regards to upselling. I appreciated the offer to look at my funnels in the future if they aren't converting as well as they should be. It's a nice simple app that is very easy to use!
