Great App!

Super easy to install and setup. However, I'd have like the option of "Free text field", instead of only dropdown or bullets.

Super easy to setup. Integrates perfectly on the thank you page. Lightweight and free. Not much more you can ask for.

So far so good it was really easy to set up and test took just a few minutes. Now we're just waiting on results

Me gusta mucho lo fácil de instalar y de configurar, la verdad la recomiendo para obtener un poco más de información sobre los clientes.

I literally just installed it. It seemed to work seemlessly right from the get go! The only "bad thing" I have to say about this option is... does adding these small apps cause slower times for customers looking at the site? Other than that, who wouldnt put out a friendly questionairre?
