Great App!

The app did exactly what I needed it to do.
I use this survey for brand awareness to know how the customer found our site.

It does what it say! I would highly recommend if you want to know how customers find you. I feel it's a important app to have. Not to mention it's FREE!

I just installed the Survey App and everything went very smoothly. I configured the survey very easily and the test-order went well. Now with the first orders, I can say, that everything works very well. The only thing is, that it seems, that there is no way to export the answers. There is only one option to print the report. So, please, it would be great to have an export option.

It's great. And SO easy to add. I would love to customize the color to stand out a little more. Thank you!

Really slow support! None of my results are displaying properly on the dashboard so I emailed support but haven't heard anything back. Really hard to get any value when I cannot see which choice my customers chose for the survey question!

I love how simple it is to use this app. I am looking forward to using it and seeing the results.

Used this to help view our ad channels. Let's see how well our customers interact with this. Super easy to install and setup.
