I have installed the application on my page, configured the survey and enabled the application and after 3 simulated purchases the survey is not displayed.
Is the app working? Or is there a step I skipped?

Really slow support! None of my results are displaying properly on the dashboard so I emailed support but haven't heard anything back. Really hard to get any value when I cannot see which choice my customers chose for the survey question!
