Great and easy to use.

Easy to set up and customize the question and responses. Doesn't seem to be any options to change appearance and do multiple questions, but suited my purposes perfectly.

So far, so good! Does exactly what it says it does. Cannot complain at all for free. I'll see how it works over the coming days.
