the app has one purpose: To collect post purchase feedback. Does it work? No, not at all. Therefore its useless.

Really slow support! None of my results are displaying properly on the dashboard so I emailed support but haven't heard anything back. Really hard to get any value when I cannot see which choice my customers chose for the survey question!
