Just installed this app. I had some questions and their customer service agent, Juan, was very quick to help me through several questions I had. I had my survey up and running within minutes! I am excited to use their post purchase survey to improve my customer service and flush out trouble spots.
They responded pretty fast on the chat and the process was super easy. Christian helped us installing the app as we needed to upgrade our thank you page for the app to work. Thank you!

amazing customer support. I had a problem with the submit button , they fixed it very quickly, even tough its a free app. Thanks Priyanka. I think they can make a paid option with couple of more advance feature.
