Great app, especially since its free.
It would be great if the data was shown not only in an excel-sheet, but also in the app itself with some diagrams. Maybe in a paid version?

I had an issue just after installing the app cause the submit button didn't works. I contacted the support which was really effective! They solved the problem in one day.
Regarding the app, it was really easy ton configure.
Not sure about a translation option => that can be improved.
An easy fonctionnality which i'm sure is interesting for both customer et merchant.

Although it is useful, it's not as user friendly as Zoho. The responses are not organized in an easy to read manner. Organizing responses in pie charts or line graphs would make it easier to read.

App funktioniert super und arbeitet zuverlässig. Leider fehlen noch ein paar Features, wie die freie Übersetzung in andere Sprachen oder der Export von bestimmten Daten - aktuell muss man immer ALLE Daten komplett exportieren und dann bearbeiten.

App worked for the first couple of hours, then the app dashboard would not load. I couldn't see any customer survey submissions or make any changes to the app. Deleting was the only option as you can do this from Shopify without entering the app.
