It works really well. We're going to move to a different app but only because we need further capabilities which aren't available with this app but it takes through our wholesale and retail orders smoothly and is easy to use and setup.

The service from support for a new install here was outstanding. After trialling another Shopify-Xero integration app with a very unexpected and unsuccessful outcome, this 2nd try was a bit tentative. It was so much easier to setup and understand. A few things didn't quite work as needed and the support from Hung - on a Sunday - to customise the requirements was both unexpected and appreciated. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. It will save many hours of data entry. Highly recommended.
Just an update after a week of use. This app is awesome. It saves so much time and is seamless with bank reconciliation. The added bonus - an Aussie based business.
