I can't say enough good things about Postco!! We just signed up. By the way, I have tested, demo'd many return programs like returnly, aftership, loop, and this is the solution I have chosen in terms of cost effectiveness, and automation, as well as compatibility with gorgias as a help desk.

The brand end of Postco is very intuitive and thoughtful, with very simple front end yet POWERFUL features built in on the back end to help you control your returns. Aisyah was beyond helpful in setting up Postco. The software does allow for automatic returns. I definetly recommend the app, and her as a success manager, she went above and beyond! Theres a lot of tweaks I was trying to do on my own, but I learned so much just walking through the set up and fixing things with her.

We have been using PostCo for about 2 months so far and couldn't be happier. The app runs smoothly and the response from customer service has been amazing. Highly recommend.

I really like how I can easily offer a link to my customers with such an easy to use process for returns and also for store credit. It really lifts the brand trust. It also creates a log that is easy to refer back to all in one place if I ever need to see how many returns are pending or to simply look up a return waiting to be processed on receipt of a return parcel. I would like if I could offer a print return label function for my customers without having to utilise eparcel.

This App is fantastic, saves me half the time to process a return and is so easy for the customer to use. A++

Since applying the PostCo app our returns service has streamlined, it runs efficiently, saves on manpower and human error. The app can be tailored to suit your policy, inserting rules with minimal effort.
Customers also find it easy to use, linked to our DHL makes the whole return process seamless. The costs are really reasonable, we would highly recommend as a small business to create a professional, effective returns service.
