PostCo is effective and efficient, it is simplifying the online returns process, user friendly, and hassle- free experience for customers.
Really happy we chose Post Co to provide our returns portal.
The portal admin page is very well designed, the policy rules for example are very flexible, but also easy to understand, and configure. The help centre documents all the features really well.
The number of returns related customer support tickets has reduced since using Post Co, and our customer support team can view detailed status of a return, and easily make changes if requested.
Our returns processing procedure is much more efficient now, and staff new to the role can be trained quickly due to the ease of use.
We’re retaining more revenue, more customers now choose an exchange, or credit, instead of a refund.
Post Co clearly understand the challenges merchants face, and take onboard feedback, for example they recently added a paperless QR code return option via Royal Mail.
Finally the Post Co team are a pleasure to work with, the support team know their product, and respond quickly. Special thanks to Jill who made sure we had all the information we needed during the initial sales discussions, and has supported us through onboarding, and post launch.
We have been using PostCo for about 2 months so far and couldn't be happier. The app runs smoothly and the response from customer service has been amazing. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things about Postco!! We just signed up. By the way, I have tested, demo'd many return programs like returnly, aftership, loop, and this is the solution I have chosen in terms of cost effectiveness, and automation, as well as compatibility with gorgias as a help desk.
The brand end of Postco is very intuitive and thoughtful, with very simple front end yet POWERFUL features built in on the back end to help you control your returns. Aisyah was beyond helpful in setting up Postco. The software does allow for automatic returns. I definetly recommend the app, and her as a success manager, she went above and beyond! Theres a lot of tweaks I was trying to do on my own, but I learned so much just walking through the set up and fixing things with her.

App is absolutely great and the customer service, Aisyah more specifically, is amazing amazing amazing.
We've used other tools in the past but none are as slick as Postco.

Customer service at PostCo is fantastic; Melisa, Dylan and Felicia have all been so helpful with any queries we've had and have taken on our feedback graciously and actioned any changes to improve the experience which we really appreciate. It took us quite some time to set up and get the portal and emails to look on brand, but since we did it has been a pretty seamless experience! A much better experience for our customers than the manual setup we had previously.
