Customer service at PostCo is fantastic; Melisa, Dylan and Felicia have all been so helpful with any queries we've had and have taken on our feedback graciously and actioned any changes to improve the experience which we really appreciate. It took us quite some time to set up and get the portal and emails to look on brand, but since we did it has been a pretty seamless experience! A much better experience for our customers than the manual setup we had previously.
We have been using this app for about 8 months now. It's really streamlined the way we handle returns. The Postco team continue to update the app features and have always been extremely helpful with any issues we've encountered along the way. Good value, Highly recommended.
The app is reasonably priced and effective. Melisa on the customer service team has been very helpful, and responsive to all of our questions. With the new Advanced Exchange feature, PostCo is competitive in the crowded field of return apps.
We started using this app to automate our returns & exchanges process and within a few months, we've come to realise the whole process is a lot more efficient for both our customers & internal team. Their customer support is excellent - super prompt, helpful and attentive. Totally recommend.

PostCo 360 happened by chance to us in 2021 and we wish if this could've happened earlier. We had been facing issues with our returns which this team could resolve easily. The features are really nice and team is very supportive. They take you through the complete demo and are at your disposal anytime you need them. Thanks PostCo team for all your support. Great and easy service once everything is set up. The team is also very helpful and quick to respond to queries!
We have been using the platform without issue for approx 1 year then we had some technical issues with the platform in April, that are mostly resolved. It took a fair bit of communication to resolve, but the Post Co team did stick with it and were able to eventually implement a fix.
We look forward to further improvements in the coming months.
We've been using PostCo 360 for around 9 months now, and it's massively streamlined our returns process. Set up was fairly straightforward, with help readily available for any issues or advice when needed. Customers love the professional feel of the whole returns process and it's definitely made managing returns and exchanges a lot easier for our staff. Support is first rate and unlike many apps out there the developers actually listen to your suggestions. The app is regularly updated and is getter better all the time. Highly recommended!
