PostCo: Returns & Exchanges

The app makes returns easy and seamless and allows you to charge customers for return shipping domestically and internationally which we feel like most other Returns Portal are lacking. Since switching to PostCo. our returns process has been dramatically simplified for both us and our customers. At first, it can be a little fiddly getting everything set up to the store and policy specifications, but Melisa's induction and ongoing support from both Melisa and Nick made it a breeze. Support responses are timely and a majority of enquiries have been resolved with ease and clarity. Integrating with Australia Post was also quite simple. You will need a merchant account with them to integrate otherwise there is a manual mail-in option to get started. The FAQs had a good step by step on the set-up. I would recommend to anyone using this app for the first time to allow 2-3 weeks of returns to go through to find any pain points ( all stores are different! ) and tweak as you go. We recommend this app 100%.
