We started using this app to automate our returns & exchanges process and within a few months, we've come to realise the whole process is a lot more efficient for both our customers & internal team. Their customer support is excellent - super prompt, helpful and attentive. Totally recommend.
Since installing Post Co our returns and exchanges have become such an easy process! Everything is streamlined and easy for both our team and our customers. The installation was so easy and the team at Post Co was beyond helpful. Would highly recommend :)

PostCo 360 happened by chance to us in 2021 and we wish if this could've happened earlier. We had been facing issues with our returns which this team could resolve easily. We've been using PostCo 360 for around 9 months now, and it's massively streamlined our returns process. Set up was fairly straightforward, with help readily available for any issues or advice when needed. Customers love the professional feel of the whole returns process and it's definitely made managing returns and exchanges a lot easier for our staff. Support is first rate and unlike many apps out there the developers actually listen to your suggestions. The app is regularly updated and is getter better all the time. Highly recommended!
Fabulous App. The support is outstanding, so much help was given to us to make sure the setup was exactly what we needed. Way more advanced than other Returns Apps we had tried - lots of logical options to save time and automate things that would otherwise involve lots of human hours. Overall - great app and it works very well. The Support from Melisa and her team has been top-notch!
EDIT: PostCo did get in touch with me and refunded the shipping charges that we incorrectly received. I'm still unhappy that we were being charged for return shipping fees for the past 8 months, and would have continued to do so had we not noticed and reached out to them. When I asked why this went unnoticed for so long, they apologized but no explanation was given. The app is otherwise very user-friendly and easy to use. It has certainly made our return process smoother. As our issue has since been resolved, we'll continue to use the application for our store, and I recommend it to other merchants, however, do be aware of any return shipping charges if you integrate your post account, and ensure you are refunded accordingly. We will be removing PostCo. from our website. We have integrated shipping, so the customer has been paying for return costs, and then we have also been getting billed for return fees on our monthly invoice. It won't allow us to switch off integrated shipping through the app either.
PostCo has been fantastic to work with! It has definitely made the exchange and returns process simpler. Dylan from PostCo has been very helpful, assisting us through our inquiries and issues faced :)
