PostCo Returns & Exchanges

We’ve been using PostCo as our returns and exchange portal on Shopify for a few years now, and we love it! The platform is intuitive for both our team and our customers and it has streamlined a process that used to take a lot of time.

The customisation options are great - from tailoring the portal to match our brand to setting detailed return rules that suit our workflows. It integrates seamlessly with our shipping partners as well, automatically creating labels without any manual steps on our end.

The support team have always been quick to respond, they are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Every question we’ve had has been answered promptly with clear guidance, giving us full confidence in the platform.

The app works well, but support changed our default language without permission after I asked a simple question. It is unacceptable to modify customer settings without notification or consent.

The app is working okay, but if you are outside the US, you have pretty limited options. Also, it is quite costly, compared to similar apps.

PostCo has significantly improved our returns and exchanges flow. It provides clear and insightful information to customers while giving our team everything needed to easily review, approve, or reject requests. The process is seamless and well structured, which has made handling returns far more efficient. The setup support was always helpful and responsive, and we’re very happy with the app and the experience.
