Hi,
Currently, the option to change the name of the shipping rate is not available, but we understand the need for it and will be adding this feature in a future update.
As for adding a range of postcodes, there is an option to bulk upload them using a CSV file. This makes it easier to manage multiple postcodes without entering them one by one.

utterly useless, you can add a single price toa single postcode?? What about different rates for weight etc. Also there approximately 2,644 unique geographic postal areas across Australia. LMFAO
