Great app! After our web manager left, we had to make some edits to this app, and the support was amazing :)
I would recommend this app. The customer service is excellent and the team is really good in trying to resolve all issues raised in a very timely manner!
I had to mirror a complex postcode-based shipping model for products plus integrate third-party drop-shipped merch. This worked great and when I needed it the support was superb. Definitely recommended.
We deliver items to customers in Australia and internationally. Have been using Postcode Shipping for 4 years, never had an issue. Support is always quick to respond to any queries which is great.
I didn't get any support either. They have a support web form that doesn't do anything and the chat expires before anybody answers. I'm looking elsewhere.
Update: This issue was fixed. Support via https://support.postcodeshipping.com/ is back operational as usual. The problem was a leftover link pointing to our old support platform. Our support team has reached out -- please feel free to let us know how we can help moving forward! Thanks.
