Such a great app for configuring complicated shipping rates based on weights & locations. There's a bit of work to set up rates & regions initially but after that, this app works beautifully for us! But none of this can be done without their amazing support team. There are no questions they can't answer and nothing stops them from helping us willingly. Found them by happy accident! The UK is complex when it comes to Courier charges and we have different rates for different zones the further north you go! Shipping Rates is the best solution we found and sorted the complicated shipping charges! Excellent customer service
