Postcode Shipping

Really appreciate the time John and Neo spent helping us implement some complex logic on some rates. Been using the app for nearly two years and it's one of the most flexible apps to show rates based on postcode/weight/customer/product.

Fantastic. The app itself is exactly what we needed for shipping our products because we have one that is heavy and goes by courier, while all the rest go flat rate Aust Post. The support is second-to-none... absolutely amazing. We set it up ourselves but had a couple of postcodes not working. Contacted them and immediately they went right through our system, fixed what needed to be done and now it is working like a dream. The price is right too! If you're looking for a great shipping app this is it. Thanks John and team.

Thanks for nothing. Every time we reached out we got no response. Expensive plugin that was basically useless to us. If you ever build another app, make sure your customers can actually export their information and work from your plugin.

It's a highly configurable module that allows for shipping rates in different regions.

Their support is initially via an AI bot, but if your problem is more complex, it transfers you to a helpful human.

This is a great app. It allows you to manually select and build out postcode shipping rates based on visual postcode references, which is very important for us as we have a lot of areas.

You can virtually map entire countries or areas based on geographic locations where you want to ship to and their rates. It's a great tool

I had a bit of any issue with splitting postcodes across different areas. Used their chat facility and John came back to me in 2 to 3 minutes. Gave me a resolution with 5 minutes. Fabulous customer support. Highly recommended.

Such a great app for configuring complicated shipping rates based on weights & locations. There's a bit of work to set up rates & regions initially but after that, this app works beautifully for us! But none of this can be done without their amazing support team. There are no questions they can't answer and nothing stops them from helping us willingly. They absolutely go above & beyond to help with our problems and provide best solutions. 100% recommended!

After looking at the various options, we went with Shipping Rates by Postcode as it suited our immediate needs but looked like the further options it offered would benefit our business going forward. While the basic set-up is relatively easy to do, it is quite easy to 'miss out' some details meaning that the process didn't work as it should. The help and assistance from Neo was brilliant, he showed patience and diagnosed the problem, correcting it and seeing the transition from testing to usage through to it's happy conclusion.

Based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend this app and the support from the developer. Now that the basic implementation stage is up and working satisfactorily, I will be looking at adding some of the refinements to enable the app to work even more effectively within our despatch department.
