There have been too many fake return attempts. They didn’t even contact the customer and marked the order as 'refused to accept.' Then, the customer contacted us directly, saying the courier rider never called or attempted delivery. Their customer support didn’t respond to our emails, and their representative was unresponsive as well. I'm seriously considering switching to another courier service — this is damaging my business.

Postex is awesome! We have been using them for over 2 years now. We tried multiple other couriers in the past 2 years but always came back to Postex. Highly recommended.
