  • Add Postmates App to your store
  • Control which Store Locations offer Postmates 2-hour delivery in the App Settings
  • Allow your customers to pick a 2-hour delivery shipping option during checkout
  • Create Delivery for Postmates Orders
  • Grow delivery at your pace, create delivery for any Shopify Order

Manage your Store preferences

  • Set store hours so the App knows when to offer 2-hour delivery to your customers at checkout. The delivery will stop being available 30 min before closing
  • Customize the preparation time to get your orders out the door stress-free

Manage your Deliveries in progress

  • Track deliveries from Pick Up to Drop Off on a live map

I've used Turbo Delivery from some time. But as of late, they dont exist anymore. Right now, this app is all we have to create that additional sales channel to keep us in business. The support level seems to be non-existent. Maybe there are pushing people to their app vs keeping them on customers' websites and away from their site thus poor customer service. If any of you have another app that works best, please contact us: nenna08 at gmail dot com

Really Bad Support
I have contacted them 4 times via the get support from shopify and I also have emailed them and I have gotten zero answers. Right now I'm calling them and they have put me on hold for over 2 hours, and each person I speak to has almost no idea what a Shopify is or what type of issue I am having so they put me on hold over and over again. Hopefully a get a response/solution. As of now Postmates has not helped me at all...

I'm so pissed of right now on the customer service!!!! It's been a few days I'm trying to contact them but either no response or I get an answer that I don't need. I was trying to install the app for our website but I guess I will never get the chance to install it because of the apps installation problem! Could never been worse!!!!
