I think this app is going to be a game changer for our automated returns! Excited to see how it helps our process.

I couldn't get past setting up a courier. Ended up in an endless login loop. Support was poor (sent me a Developers Guide, asked me the stock standard "change browser"--I'm using Chrome, if it doesn't work with Chrome, it's no good). Eventually was able to click on courier icon. Took me to an API set up screen with message for Shopify users to click on a link to the new experience. Back in the loop. Uninstalling.

i use this to integrate Canada post with shopify, works great . when i was having a problem (newbie here) I reached out to the online help chat, and I got help right away!!!

I use this app to ship all my orders and it is really easy to use thank you guys so much for this app. I will be sharing the information about this app to all my friends and family that currently has their own business
Support team ( Prathik ) was so helpful and resposive . we had an issue with Auto Rutun Label generating , Prathik solved it in a minute .
Samad was very helpful, there can be a lot of changes to make it a little better but I am satisfied thank you.
App looks like it has promise but is missing basic features - Can't split orders for example which means if customers buy items that are too large for one box you can't use the app, items that ship from multiple locations are also off the list.

I wasn't ready to purchase anything but got charged $20. The customer service was so helpful in making sure I got a refund.
Automizely and Shopify are the perfect combination. They make running an ecommerce business totally stress free
I choose postmen because it is comfortable to use with aftership app, and there customer service is very kind and nice. I was having a problem to add my courier but they helped me very nicely. So far I really like the apps to use easy and clean.
Easy setup..friendly help on the other line. Haven't used the product yet, my store launches in a week

I was surprised that this free app offered better (24/7) customer service and more robust functionality (more carriers) than many paid apps. Amazing!
Simple to use. My store auto ships to the US, but the few international orders caused me to find an alternative shipping option. Postmen has met this need and been very quick to answer my questions via the chat feature.

Best customer services. I like the app, it really help me save lot. The interface is easy to work on.
Amazing support , the lady was super supportive and told me how it worked step by step, fingers crossed on how everything goes as I commence shipping.
I like it and recommend it.
I was using another application but it was payed and not has the flexibility of this one.
Overall good although there can be some tweaks implemented to provide a WOW experience. Haven't noticed much of a difference in rates vs. Shopify but one major plus for us with Postmen that we didn't benefit from with Shopify is related to rewards points. Our business credit card triples the points on shipment related purchases. Here are some things we're hoping to see improved in the future: Considering we ship items ranging in sizes, the ability to save preset sizes would be awesome and save us a ton of time. It's also a bit frustrating that customer service doesn't readily have an answer/resolution to issues when called upon and thus following up with them is necessary.

best and easy fir use and its free what do you even want, you are getting unlimited labels, thats all i needed.
This is the worst support I've ever experienced. I added this app a month ago to connect my Canada Post account to Shopify and every time I try and create a label I get an error. I've reached out to support every second day and EVERY single one of them said, "give me 6-12 hrs and I promise I will help you". Guess what? None of them did. Deleting the app and moving on as they clearly do not care about helping find and fix the issue.

Doesnt try to upsell something you dont want or need. Does the label creation as you would expect. You should check them out

I haven't started using this app fully, as I am still quite new to Shopify. I have been using Shopify to fulfill my orders, however I am looking forward to giving this app a chance.
