This app is terrible. Often provides error messages but does not tell you which order contains an error, it's barely usable and incredibly frustrating.

Ik heb nog nooit zo een buggy ervaring gehad met een Shipping app, en europa maar roepen dat we afhankelijk kunnen zijn van Amerikaanse tech.

Krijg telkens random error 600: of 610: met “13 cijfers barcode”

Na paar dingen veranderen die niets met het probleem te maken heeft, eventjes gefikst en daarna doet hij het weer niet. Belachelijk. Ik kan bijvoorbeeld nu niet eens shipping labels maken, hoe ga je te werk dan?

Hi,

Excuus voor het ongemak. Sommige klanten ervaren inderdaad problemen met het aanmaken van labels naar het buitenland sinds de laatste release. Wij zijn bezig om dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

Wij zullen je verder op de hoogte houden via de case die je bij ons hebt ingeschoten.
