With the PostNL app you save time because you can preregister PostNL shipments directly from the back office of your shop and print shipping labels at the touch of a button. Give your customers more control by letting them choose whether they want to receive the package at home or rather pick it up at a PostNL point nearby. Sending parcels within or outside Europe? Status bij internationale brievenbus pakketjes wordt niet geupdatet. Daardoor staan alle orders steeds open en moeten we handmatig T&T codes sturen per mail. Dit kost erg veel tijd.
Al weken in contact met support, maar deze legt de fout bij de "externe ontwikkelaar" neer. Daarna worden geen updates gegeven over de status.
Retour label versturen lukt niet. Ik krijg een error App\PostNL\Models\Customer::__construct(): Argument #5 ($customerCode) must be of type string, null given, called in /data/sites/web/postnlappsesigneu/subsites/production.postnl.apps.esign.eu/app/User.php on line 132
After a year of using this app I finally gave up. Horrible performance. So many bugs when shipping orders, and most of the time the labels for international order refused to print on the label printer, so had to use the regular printer for it. It totally defeats the purpose of having a label printer in the first place. Customer addresses for USA did not register properly so still had to enter them manually in the My Post NL and print labels manually from there as the app did not perform. Too many bugs and error codes without explanation. Found an app that performs way better without all the mentioned issues without having to do any extra workflow arrangements.
Na update alleen maar problemen. Alle verzendprofielen verwijderd en weer aangemaakt en toch telkens 610 error. Super frustrerend.

Bedankt. Mede door jouw bericht zijn we erachter gekomen dat de Standaard Verzendoplossingen niet altijd juist werden opgeslagen. Dit probleem is inmiddels verholpen. Zou je kunnen laten weten of dit nu weer werkt in jouw omgeving?
Fijne app om mee te werken. Doet precies wat het moet doen, snel massa's verzendlabels printen. Je shop zijn verzendwijzes zijn in de app te koppelen aan de verzendwijzes van postnl. Zo kan je ook een afhaalpunt toevoegen aan je bezorgopties, wat een goede toevoeging is aan elke webshop.
