After a year of using this app I finally gave up. Horrible performance. So many bugs when shipping orders, and most of the time the labels for international order refused to print on the label printer, so had to use the regular printer for it. It totally defeats the purpose of having a label printer in the first place. Customer addresses for USA did not register properly so still had to enter them manually in the My Post NL and print labels manually from there as the app did not perform. Too many bugs and error codes without explanation. Found an app that performs way better without all the mentioned issues without having to do any extra workflow arrangements.

none of our international orders are able to be fulfilled with the app. we continually get errors about the addresses being invalid, when they are not!

Wij hebben de app nu een maandje in gebruik en zijn erg tevreden. Laatst werden orders niet meer automatisch afgehandeld, dit hebben wij doorgegeven aan de digitale klant support van PostNL. Probleem was daarna snel verholpen en ook een van onze suggesties word mogelijk meegenomen. Al met al zeer tevreden.
