Retour label versturen lukt niet. Ik krijg een error App\PostNL\Models\Customer::__construct(): Argument #5 ($customerCode) must be of type string, null given, called in /data/sites/web/postnlappsesigneu/subsites/production.postnl.apps.esign.eu/app/User.php on line 132
De productgroepen zijn veel te beperkt voor een internationale verzender. De optie kleine pakketjes of briefpakjes naar buitenland ontbreekt volledig. Daar maken wij juist veel gebruik van. Toch maar weer overgestapt op een verzendprovider, die wél in staat is om voldoende opties aan te bieden

Bedankt voor jouw feedback. Op dit moment is het mogelijk om kleine pakjes en brievenbuspakjes voor zendingen naar het buitenland te gebruiken.
none of our international orders are able to be fulfilled with the app. we continually get errors about the addresses being invalid, when they are not!
Status bij internationale brievenbus pakketjes wordt niet geupdatet. Daardoor staan alle orders steeds open en moeten we handmatig T&T codes sturen per mail. Dit kost erg veel tijd.
Al weken in contact met support, maar deze legt de fout bij de "externe ontwikkelaar" neer. Daarna worden geen updates gegeven over de status.
Na update alleen maar problemen. Alle verzendprofielen verwijderd en weer aangemaakt en toch telkens 610 error. Super frustrerend.

Bedankt. Mede door jouw bericht zijn we erachter gekomen dat de Standaard Verzendoplossingen niet altijd juist werden opgeslagen. Dit probleem is inmiddels verholpen. Zou je kunnen laten weten of dit nu weer werkt in jouw omgeving?
