Customs invoices do not generate automatically, resulting in extra fees from Postnord

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the customs invoices. We do have a Customs Invoice feature that can automatically generate customs invoices along with your shipping labels.
We have emailed you the details on how to enable this feature, and we would be happy to help you get it set up. Many of our customers are already using this feature successfully.

Lite krångligt att komma in i som nybörjare. Fraktinställningar är som en djungel med alla olika terminologier. Men funkar bra med hjälp av deras kundservice. Jag fick bra hjälp och svar på mina frågor via ett kort videomöte.
Amazing support from Nemi. Really on point answering and knowledge that made something complex super easy to understand.
She even went a bit over time of when she usually would be off. Really appreciate going above and beyond, that's rare today!
Vi har haft lite problem med installationen av appen. Det verkar finnas ett problem när man gör installationen från mobilen som de försöker åtgärda nu men vi fick riktigt professionellt hjälp av app utvecklaren och gjorde klart installationen så appen rekommenderas.
För det första så har det tagit flera samtal med supporten för att kunna få igång systemet att rulla, all eloge till dem.
Massa buggar som återkommer vid synk och väldigt frustrerande att hela tiden behöva klicka 2,3,4 gånger för att knappen inte ska visa 'error' eller 'shipping adress not found'.
Men ärligt talat, det är 2 knappar som ska klickas på och ändå sitter jag här och har tagit mig mer än 1h att synka 100 ordrar? Det hade tagit mig lika lång tid att manuellt skriva in alla ordrar... Ett smidigare och snabbare system måste fixas asap!
Great app and amazing support! Since we ship international with Postnord, I've been struggling to find an app that works with our needs. We also needed an extra feature added to the app, and Mohan provided us stellar service to help us with what we needed. Can't recommend enough!
So happy with the app, which helps us provide the shipping service that we need for our different markets. Also have to mention the excellent support and service! We had some small issue with the install and got help immediately. Highly recommend.
