The design team does great work. The Account Managers are always very helpful and quick to respond.

If you're looking for a company to handle your direct mail channel, PostPilot is the best option out there!

We've been using Post Pilot since 2022, and the platform has made significant strides since then. They genuinely value product feedback and are quick to implement improvements. For example, when we first started, they didn’t offer holdout groups, so we had to manage that manually—a challenging task. Now, they provide holdout groups, which has been a fantastic addition and great to see incremental lift.

Their design team is great. We have strict brand guidelines, and they are able to keep up and meet our standards. It usually takes 1-2 iterations needed to finalize the creative.

One improvement I’d love to see is the ability to adjust the attribution timeline, which is currently fixed at 60 days.

The team is very responsive, helpful, and communicative.

I've always been a major fan of the ROI from the basic PostPilot plan, the highest ROAS of our paid marketing channels. I then decided to upgrade to the fully managed service, and my only regret is not making the upgrade sooner. Thanks to Randall Thompson and his team of designers for vastly improving the creatives and suggesting new campaign flows that undoubtedly will yield even bigger and better results. You owe it to yourself and your business to supercharge and expand your revenue channels to direct mail through PostPilot or risk leaving serious money on the table.

Our best performing campaign had a 20x ROAS. We have now implemented a few automations and it's been very successful for customer winbacks. Piper is the best to work with - very responsive and makes this entire process so easy and seamless.
