PostPilot makes sending out beautiful and professional direct mail extremely easy and affordable. Their support & design teams are awesome and are always helpful. Also, the free design services free up so much of my time and save our team a lot of money.

Normally, I only do reviews when I asked but I actually came here to write the review because I am so impressed! I do not have that many abandoned carts because usually by the time the customer has added their shipping address, they finish up their order. I also have an aggressive abandoned cart email and pop up program to help clean up the carts that are abandoned BUT... there are still a few customers after three days who have not converted. This is where POST PILOT comes in! I have the abandoned cart email set at three days which means my other resources have been exhausted. I have been with post pilot just a little over a month. 6 abandoned cart post cards were sent. 2 were recovered! That is a 33% return after the other methods were exhausted. That is unreal! Ok, so I know this is a small sample size but WOWZA! I also ran some other campaigns. Now, I probably wasn't as strategic as I should have been since I included discount codes while I was running automatic discounts during the holiday season BUT... these cards brought the customers back to my site and they purchased. Do I still have tweaking to do? yes, you bet but I can see how this program is going to help me win back customers- especially those that never open up their emails! What makes this program so great is that you can really segment. Like for me, I did a segment where I had customers who allowed email marketing and one where they did not allow email marketing. I would have thought I would have had more response from those who did not allow email marketing but it was just the opposite. And let me tell you... their dashboard is so simplistic but in a really good and awesome way! My advice if for any reason you are hesitant... start off with the abandoned cart on automatic and give it 4-6 weeks. If you are not hesitant, dive right in with abandoned carts and so some little groups of testing. By the way, I learned about Post Pilot from Ezra Firestone... it came across one of my social media feeds and I could not be more grateful. I had a gut feeling that direct marketing would work and I had looked at other companies where you had to send 1000+ post cards and it wasn't automated like this. And then, I discovered post pilot due to that one little moment in time and it is like kismet! And... they helped me create my postcards! I mean, WOW! That is some awesome customer service. Yeah... you just can't go wrong. I am so very pleased with this marketing program.
