We have been using Post Pilot to send our Kurativ CBD customers a "thank you" coupon for roughly 3 months and have found that this is easily one of our strongest tools in bringing back customers to our website. One of my favorite Shopify apps. Integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Klaviyo. The user interface is incredibly simple to use, but the result is spectacular. My ROI is fantastic, even after only my first campaign. I am utilizing both automated and one-off campaigns, and so far, I'm extremely happy with the results! Customer service is also superb.

The team is so knowledgeable and has been beyond helpful since Day 1 of working together. This channel has brought some impressive ROI thus far, and we plan to explore potential segments further! I've been blown away by the communication, detail, and attentiveness of the team and always feel like they have our best interest in mind. Definitely worth a try.

I've used A LOT of different apps and I have to say Post Pilot has the best service team, onboarding, and design team. They make it easy to implement and guide you through best practices. Beyond the general service, we saw a great return right away and the way they set up testing for your initial run helps you figure out what works so you don't waste money. 5 Stars all day!

This is my favorite discovery of 2021. After the learning curve of getting the design uploaded (and some kind and quick help from Tom), I sent my first campaign. The cost, quality, and speed are all good. My customers were thrilled! Tom was looking out for me too and I received a 746% ROI in July! I cannot want to use this program for VIP campaigns and the Holiday Season. It's seriously marketing gold.

At first I was skeptical about "old school" postcards....but I was willing to give it a try. Our first postcard was a one-time campaign to win back customers after 120 days of inactivity. The PostPilot postcard exceeded expectations two fold! We then set an auto PostPilot card that to date is one of our best ROAS programs. We have now grown to three automated PostPilot Postcards that continue to outperform most of our other ad programs. The customer service is also exceptional! We love PostPilot!

I was recently reintroduced to PostPilot. My experience has been amazing. I just started to get my toes wet and the results are INSANE. It's producing the highest ROI of any marketing I have ever used. An automated winback campaign that has been running for a little over a month has an ROI of 1071%, and a Conversion Rate of 11.76%. On top of the campaign success, the PostPilot team is amazing. They offer additional campaign ideas, set up the campaigns for you, have an in-house design team that will design the postcards, and are super responsive when I have questions.

I will update this review once I have my results from the first campaign, but so far I am VERY impressed. The interface is intuitive, fast, and the deep shopify integration is brilliant. I just sent 60 50% off coupon cards to my VIP purchasers of $600 or more in 2020 for $53.40. If only (1) of those post cards converts, it'll cover my entire investment 2x over. Great app! I like that it lets you set up on-going campaigns, unlike similar postcard apps that only allow one-off campaigns. Support has been excellent. Look forward to future enhancements. Thanks!
