PostPilot Direct Mail Platform

Sketchy cancellation practices... BEWARE. I've signed up for them twice along the years for a brief period that I need to send postcards. Both times when I go to cancel my subscription that you're unable to cancel on your own, and instead send an email to their support email (which they never respond to unless you loop in an account manager) they request that I either hop on a call or fill out a form, which 4 emails deep they've yet to provide said form. They intentionally make it hard to cancel even after asking multiple times. Their cancellation practices are unnecessarily obstructive and inconsistent with their own marketing. “You can easily change plans or cancel at any time.”

Edit: The co-CEO read this review and reached out to offer some free postcards. After I took him up on his offer to get some compensation for them wasting my time, he followed up asking me to "update" this review. This might be one of the reasons this is the only one star review. Take the reviews on this page with caution.

Such a great process, from initial call to flighting our first campaign. The Post Pilot team made everything not only easy, but also clear in terms of segments, measurement etc.
