PostPilot Direct Mail Platform

Love this direct mail service for several reasons:

1. Direct integration to Shopify and Klaviyo makes it easy to segment customers
2. Our retargeting direct mail has a great ROAS
3. Great client services. I wish all my account managers across my tech stack were as great at Horacio!

We've been using email, sms for years for our ecomm business and working with Postpilot was extremely easy to get going with print mail. We had weekly meetings with the same person on their team who was a huge help in conceiving ideas for us, strategies and implementing the campaigns. I was suprised how little work it took on our end thanks to Postscript taking on so much of the work.

Current customers receiving a physical promotion in their hands definitely woke them up and we heard from many they liked it and it sat in their house reminding them about us long after their phone was put down or computer turned off so I think it was a good compliment to our existing digital marketing.

As a Director of Revenue, Post Pilot has been a game changer in terms of actual lift in our bottom line. We have specific automations that trigger repeat purchases and I can use the service to do targeted mailing campaigns. Physical mail is not dead in 2025. PostPilots platform makes it easy to set up campaigns and our CSM, CJ is worth her weight in gold!
