App Working?

• In app we can create multiple surveys with multiple questions. This survey will be shown at shopify store cart page by click discount button.
• You can also customize the survey by widget setting option in from app.
• Once you enabled the survey, customer can view survey on cart page by click on discount button.
• And when customer submit the survey, after submit survey he will be redirect to the checkout age and will get discount according to given percentage.
• In admin side, we can create, edit, delete survey.
• Also admin can see responses.
