Excellent customer service and SMS solution. We just installed it and were able to understand the dashboard and how it works and we had some questions that were solved via chat veru quickly.

So far I am loving this app! It makes SMS marketing really easy to implement and understand. Everyone on the Postscript team that I've interacted with is incredibly helpful and kind!

So far, the customer service has been amazing. Zev helped me with some questions I had, EVEN on a SUNDAY. He was able to answer all my questions and seemed genuinely happy to help me! He's quite funny as well. I look forward to seeing what else this app has to offer and will leave an updated review after I've used it for a month or two! :)

I just signed up and within seconds was able to chat instantly with the customer service team. She communicated very quick and with answers I needed. Very helpful!

So far so good, easy to install and set up. Alot of the automation is completed already which makes getting up and running really simple. The only tricky part is understanding the cost per message (160 characters = 1 SMS, 1600 Characters = 1 MMS message). However once you have that understanding adjusting messaging and making the right choice about which type of message to use is a breeze. Great customer support as well!
