Postscript SMS Marketing

Postscript, how do I love thee, let me count the ways. Well, having an awesome SMS product is just table stakes, so I'll just leave that aside. They deliver on a fantastic product. Where they excel is with their team. Super talented, caring, and hard working. Travis has been not only an amazing, integral part of our getting up and going on the platform, he's just straight up a joy to have around. Thanks Travis, for all you do for us!

I added this app to increase the likelihood of staying connected with my customers and visitors. It has over delivered and I'm so excited for the growth! The customer service is superb! What a wonderful app and brand!

This company is very helpful. We use this app for their segments. It allows us to really narrow things down. We have hundreds of products each with 10-16 size options. This app allows us to text customers by the date or size of order down to the size if we wanted. My only issue is not allowing us the choice to use our own sites link in the text.

The Team at PostScript is second to none! I love the dashboard and how I can track all of my campaigns that I run.

I love that I can segment my customers into buyers and what they buy. We have been able to make huge gains on our text service with PostScript and I am so excited to see how our business grows with this text service.

We have had other text services for years, and I havent been able to see the growth and be more knowledgeable about texting.

With my other text companies I was sending text to LARGE groups of people with no strategy, it was just a send and go. With postscript it is more specific to the customer so when I spend $$ I make money.

The only thing I would say I dont like about it is its cost. It's a little pricey and the price might scare you, but it is worth it. Also, it does take about 4-6 weeks to get up and running and get campaigns moving...so make sure you really dig into that the first month and get all of your segments running because that next month will come up quick and you will be like ECK!!

This app is amazing! It has increased sales so much! My customers love it. I wish I could get all of my mailing list to move over to text message. (I'm working on it) Conversions are great! Customer service is top notch. I am very happy with this app!

I have been using this app for 4 years and it has been great until recently. I installed a new template and had a grand opening event. I had over 10,000 credits and the system said that I did not have enough for my campaign. It sent out 2 text messages. It prompted me to pay $51 more for the campaign. I refused because I had enough credits. My grand opening was ruined. I contacted support and they responded but not helpful. I’m bummed that I have to look for a new app now. Such a hassle.

Since downloading this app I have been able to push sales through my text messaging marketing. I have also added the incentive for people to sign up on my homepage for 15% off their purchases. I have had customers use it! Great customer service too! I highly recommend.

WOW Meg is amazing!!! It's hard to get good customer service on message chats, and with most company chats I've often had to stop the conversation to confirm that I'm speaking with a real person because it felt like the people chatting with me were not paying attention or reading my full replies. Completely opposite experience with Meg. She understood what my concern was right away, asked for the relevant information needed, and also looked up my account on her own end to understand the full details of what was going on. She told me what she thought was happening and how she could help and also reached out to her manager to confirm her findings. She then followed up with me the same day with an update, and then again early the next morning with a conclusion on what they had found and what was going to be done to remedy the situation. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service that we received and the solution to our problem. Thanks so much Meg!!
