Wonderful customer service. Super easy to reach out to, many available articles to help and if you can't find the answer, prompt response on the chat with a super friendly person available to assist!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. My company has been using this app over a year and the experience is the worst.

Taking money from small business owners and not delivering is the worst form of business practice. Whenever we text our customers the messages are not being delivered but your company is getting compensated.
We reached out to customer service to get a resolution and instead of assisting my company we received the run around. Some of my customers aren't receiving our marketing messages and your company needs to reimburse us.

I've installed this app in about two months ago, the amazing thing about it is that it's so easy to use and the most important thing is their support team they won't let you down and they will solve any problem you APPLAUSE TO THEM!

I tried this app out for the free 30 days & it was obvious it would pay for itself. My results were great. Super pumped to add this type of marketing to my business plan. I have loved how easy it is to use. Also, Bryan in customer service is awesome. He's always so quick to respond and always helps me out when I have questions.

If you want to start text marketing (and you should!!!), there's no faster and easier way than with Postscript. I was up and running in 30 minutes and have not looked back. We've launched multiple campaigns in the past month with tremendous return on spend. We couldn't be happier with the results! The PS team is awesome as well - always ready to help when we have questions or need assistance. Highly recommend!

Unbelievably easy onboarding... smart / automated setup. Really personable and readily available support team as well, with a solid GIF for every situation (shoutout to Zev)!

Taylor has been very communicative and efficient and is continuously helping me in any way to get my website back up and started!
