Canceled my subscription and was still getting chsrged

is not working for my customers! i got no help to translate in Norwegain. Sms code is not working and email for weeks!

Had a few questions with starting up my automations and campaigns and Taylor was extremely kind enough to help me out and walk me through it. Everything I needed, she answered or helped with and I was able to fix everything I had issues with. She really went above and beyond. Postscript is by far my highest-revenue generating channel aside from organic social media. It's super user-friendly and available at a great price. It also gives great insights for how much has been earned through campaigns and automations, customer LTV, acquisition rate, and more. I cannot recommend this app enough! I am looking forward to the day that a widget can be added to replace the email signups with SMS signups.

Every time that I contact Postscript online they get back to me within minutes if they are open! I am a new small business owner and I have been so dazed and confused with what I am doing. I've contacted them 4 times since I've been with them for 2 weeks and they send me screenshots with detailed instructions on what to do. Also, if I can't find something on my screen, then they generate a report and show me in the chat. I cannot say how thrilled I am with Sandy Quiett and the rest of the tech support staff! Keep up the great work!

Postscript's customer service is phenomenal! They send great calendars each month with SMS inspos and really help you get set up for BFCM way in advanced! Seriously just do it!

I opened up my site with new items for the week and the app was down and inoperable. I was unable to send out notifications for our items and the timing it crucial. Still am not hearing any response from customer service. Very disappointed

Porshai was great. Fast at responding and a clear communicator. I needed to figure out how to enter a link on a sms flow. I am still learning to use postscript. It was quick and easy.

It's pretty awesome!!! It's much better to use than Klaviyo's SMS. Which I think that Klaviyo does well with email. But Postscripts does very well with SMS sign ups and really engaging. The only thing I'd like for them to change is their dashboard and the way we can view subscribers much easily.

We used this app for about 1year. The last few months issues are worst it's time to let this app go. Automation is not working anymore. Abandon carts are not sending out. Customer Service just don't care and I downgraded the plan all my previous credits I paid for was taken.
