We have been using postscript for the past 3 months and have see a huge increase in recovering abandon carts. The postscript team has been awesome!! It's a US based team with supper quick response. They also have given us a lot of suggestion on implementing new strategies that really work.

Postscript is one of our highest ROI marketing channels. It's a no brainer for Shopify stores, especially ones selling high value products. We use it to send abandoned carts along with some occasional promotions and the return is very high.

If you're going to consider SMS marketing for your e-commerce business, then there's really only one option. We're seeing an incredible ROI on our SMS & MMS Marketing, well beyond email marketing performance and facebook ads. The app and developers are incredibly responsive and are clearly in this for the long haul. No concern over privacy, data, and quality of service. Integrates directly with Shopify and provides automation and audience segmentation. Really looking forward to increasing our SMS marketing/text message strategy for the new year and we'll only trust postscript. Keep up the good work.

Hands down the absolute best SMS app out there. From the very start they make sure you store is updated to be fully, legally compliant for SMS (A HUGE DEAL) and they have the best CS out there. Quick to respond, offer help and suggestions and overall every 30 days this PASSIVELY generates an additional 15-20k for our store... just from abandoned cart SMS reminders!
