Postscript SMS Marketing

Just started using this app and the customer service is AMAZING. Shannon has helped me with setting everything up and has quickly answered my many questions! Very happy with my decision to go with Postscript and am excited to see the results!

Great support team, they're quick to answer and help the best they can. Still relatively new to the app, it has more ecomm-focused features than other's I have used so that's a plus. I have hit some minor hiccups with tracking and features I'd love to see them implement, but from what I see and what they say they take feedback seriously so hoping to have those resolved / implemented!

Do the free trial and you will be wondering why you didn't start SMS & MMS marketing efforts with Post Scripts sooner. Their team makes the integration seamless and the platform is SO easy to use. Not to mention their quick and helpful customer service. Plus, we are seeing increased conversion rates & revenue when compared to email touch points. Will continue to grow with Post Script! They truly are the best SMS & MMS service available.

We just launched Postscript with our second Shopify store since their product and customer service is outstanding. Anytime I've ever needed assistance - it's solved within an hour. AMAZING! And Shannon really made me feel good even though I set something up incorrectly. LOL.

I just downloaded this app and was set up within 5 minutes. Zev was absolutely outstanding. I couldn't keep up with how fast he was - never had better service. He had all campaigns set up, my pricing set up and everything set right away! Excited to see how the software works! Postscripts needs to have Zev teach other companies how to be sooooo effecient (his personality is hilarious too). Travis has been an amazing Account manager too!
