Postscript SMS Marketing

this is my first time using the app and i needed help setting some things up and shannon was able to walk me thru it step by step she was very helpful and patient with me

I reached out needing help with one welcome series automation and I was helped right away from Sandy.

I've had a great experience with Postscript so far. They team is readily available to answer questions. I've also had a lot more people signing up to use our SMS marketing than with our previous app. which has been exciting. I hope to see sales increase by using Postscript!

Their customer service was awesome! They helped me on a Sunday and I'm appreciative. Will continue using this app! I'm already getting optins!

Honestly, the app isn't as easy to use BUT Michael in customer service is UHMAZING. The friendly and jovial chitchat totally inspired me to give this another go. He supplied me with tutorial videos, extended my trial without being asked, and helped me solve my issue. 10/10 would recommend BECAUSE of Michael. Go get that lunch!

Great integration with klaviyo! Super easy to use! Very new to it, but so far so good! The customer support team is also so helpful (aka Zev!)

And their support, specifically Taylor is beyond amazing! Taylor was able to solve my problem in a friendly and efficient manner. She was very personable and attentive. I didn't feel like I was talking to a bot or that she was talking to 20 other people at the same time.
