Postscript SMS Marketing

I just found this app today, I have had a little struggle setting it up but the app itself has been easy to navigate, I reached out to customer support who insured me that my issue was being dealt with in a timely manner. Great Customer service and I am glad to be doing business with them.

Great customer service, intuitive platform. Can be a bit on the pricey side but probably is the best all-around SMS platform if you want to do SMS marketing.

Easily the best tool and team I've encountered and I've been in DTC / E-Comm for 10+ years. Postscript goes above and beyond always and I've marveled at the pace at which they release truly valuable tools for businesses. Highly recommend.

So far so good! We are seeing revenue immediately to be honest even though we haven't implemented many automations or campaigns yet. I had a hiccup getting my automations working and their customer service was amazing. Michael (who is also now a fan of our brand!) was a pleasure to work with, somehow made it fun, and solved our problem. He was attentive, kind, and a great problem solver. I know that even if I have an issue with the program, help is around the corner all via an easy to use and quick chat service. Definitely recommend!

Great service and customer support. Always I received solutions to my issues. The app is easy to use and has a lot of integrations.

It has generated some sales for me, but it is hard at times to find the discount codes. I was surprised when I had a few sales and they had used a discount code where I didn't know it was coming from.

We love using Post Script for our business. It's so easy to use. Taylor was super helpful and kind. I really appreciated working with her to solve our problems/answer our questions. Thanks Taylor, you're amazing!!!❤️

So far, this app has been awesome and the support has been amazing. I've tried a few different apps but they all fell short of our expectations.

I'm still pretty new to PS so I've got to work on building my texting list, but I can already tell this will be a great investment for my business. Subscribers open (and click) my PS texts far more than my emails with the same content. I love the GIF and photo options, because they help keep my brand personable. And, just like all the other reviews state, the customer service/chat option is fantastic. Everyone responds timely and is more than happy to help.

Only 4 stars because we haven't used it for long yet but everything seems to be working great and the support team is awesome! Zev was really fast at answering and quick with figuring out a solution!
