I needed a little help today and really did not expect anyone to answer me due to the holiday weekend. Not only did I get help, but they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing!

I'm only on free trial, but Customer Service (Meg) was extremely friendly, quick to reply, and helpful! Makes my decision to convert to paying user even easier!

Great sms app for automated marketing & customer support (tied in with Gorgias). There's a lot of integrations built-in which makes this a super powerful marketing tool.

Even if the app sucked, the level of support these guys offer is beyond anything I've ever received. I'd totally give a great review on that alone. Luckily the app itself is actually amazing and I've already generated a 3X ROI on what it would cost for the paid version after 1 week on the trial. Definitely going to be fully implementing and scaling with this one!
