I just signed up and so far so good. Their support team especially Sylvia has been amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Postscript if you're comparing SMS marketing apps.
This app is easy to use. It helps me collect customers via email and phone. I like the templates as they are fun and I think customers would like them.
So far the app is very intuitive to use however what stands out is the customer service! Shannon is the bomb-diggity and basically helped me set up my automations from start to finish. I was able to get these up and running super-fast and she made it fun to get them done.
That app works great and has a lot of functionalities. Their customer service is very helpful as well.
AMAZING app, and AMAZING customer service! We have researched dozens of texting apps as a solution for our Shopify Plus store (we're newbies) and finally came across one that is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to ask for help through their support team. I am very pleased with the app so far.

Bre provided excellent customer service. She was prompt and very detail with her response. A customer had an issue with the discount code, she took the time to tested it out and made sure it was working correctly and also ask another one of her colleagues to test it as well. Highly please with the service and app so far.
Big fan of Postscript so far. The platform itself is great. There are a few small things that I wish I could do that are not currently possible (like dynamic product names in abandoned cart texts), but I am sure the team is rapidly improving the technology. Where Postscript really shines is the human element of running a shopify app (ok they would probably call it a marketing platform). The sales rep who I initially talked to went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The implementation support was also very helpful. We had a big sale approaching and I wanted to make sure I fully understood how the platform worked in our specific situation. Rae helped me set everything up how I wanted it. And Sylvia the chat support rep was very helpful when I had a specific question about the platform!
Customer support is great! They're quick to respond and super helpful. Doesn't feel like they're rushing to end the chat - they're really there to help. Much appreciated.
