Postscript SMS Marketing

Postscript has been the perfect partner to launch SMS packages for my marketing agency, their customer support is top-notch and their Partners team has help us understand their program and how to sell/offer SMS to our customers.

I needed help with setting everything up. For the most part I had it done but I needed some more assistance and staff helped me via chat right away! My rep Alex was the best! We recently switched to PS from another SMS provider and I learned more installing this app and going through the training than I learned the entire 2+ years we spent with the other group. There is a small learning curve but Bryan was quick to respond to my chat request and I am really enjoying the functionality not only with integrations to our website but also the ability to have actual 2- way conversations with our customers. We are encountering continual issues with Postscript. After having success in the past we are now left with bugs and customers complaining about no emails or texts being sent. Their text infrastructure can bug out quite frequently. Support has also changed. We are moving to SMS bump as it seems a lot more stable.

I was having a little bit of hard time understanding and editing the page but Sylvia was such a big help, she edited everything for me and even made a little video so I can do my edits next time, I have had already good sales from just the subscribe pop up
