This app has brought in more revenue than our email platform has in 6 years. It's very easy to use. Support is very attentive.

This app was a great addition to our Shopify store. Postscript has an easy-to-use interface and their support team is top notch.

Normally they're closed on weekends but I was able to get in touch with Adam Turner at 8am on a Saturday! He was in such great spirits and after explaining to him the problem it was rectified in less than 5 minutes. We're opening today and wanted to use to service so it freaked us out when we ran into the problem at 3am and couldn't figure out the Billing issue.

Omg! I've had Postscripts for almost two years! Rarely had an issue! I ran into something slight (that was apparently my fault) lol and they took care of it immediately and the follow up game is strong!!!

i absolutely love the live chat option - my questions were answered in seconds and things that previously took at least a few hours, if not a day, with other companies was solved in under 5 minutes with the live chat option. HUGE thanks to Taylor who helped me on live chat and was so efficient and supportive of getting my problem solved quickly!
