Postscript SMS Marketing

Porshai was speedy, super responsive and helpful with both of my questions. Great customer service once again.

We are encountering continual issues with Postscript. After having success in the past we are now left with bugs and customers complaining about no emails or texts being sent. Their text infrastructure can bug out quite frequently. Support has also changed. We are moving to SMS bump as it seems a lot more stable.

I have loved using postscript. Super easy to navigate so far and the customer service is great!! I use this for both of my businesses and would recommend it. Postscript makes it easy to stay connected.

Taylor from customer service was so helpful! She responded with questions that I had on launching a sale campaign and got back to me in record time! She answered all of my questions and I was able to launch my campaign successfully.

This is the best app that lets me send engaging sms & mms messages to my customers. An excellent marketing tool and on a customer, by customer basis. Great and fast customer service. Great app that we definitely recommend.

I accidentally deleted a keyword and Sylvia was super quick and helpful in getting it back up. Postscript has been extremely easy to use and is already bringing in revenue! The compliance and integrations are gold standard. Don't sleep on this app!
